1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of onlinefacilitationskills.com and anything purchased through it from Online Facilitation Skills, a brand of Urban Human Resources, an HR consulting practice in Oakland, California. Where you sign a separate agreement or statement of work, that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Programs and payment

Programs are not open for enrollment yet. When a program opens, its page will list the price, dates, format and refund terms before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout; card details are never collected or stored on this site. Private team sessions are quoted to scope in writing before work begins.

3. Scope of advice

Online Facilitation Skills teaches facilitation, training design and related workplace practice. It is not a law firm. Nothing on this site or in a session is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Our founder holds a J.D. but does not represent anyone as counsel through this practice. For advice on your specific facts, talk with an attorney licensed in your state.

We use AI tools to support research and drafting. The judgment, the teaching and the final work are ours.

4. Content and liability

All text and materials on this site are our property and may not be republished without permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is welcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be heard in Alameda County, California. If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
