Online Facilitation Skills is a brand of Urban Human Resources ("we", "us"), an HR consulting practice based in Oakland, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through onlinefacilitationskills.com, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a consult, send a note or join a program list, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, and what you tell us about your situation or organization.

Scheduling. Consults are booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the name, email address and any answers you give on its own booking page, under its own privacy policy, and sends them to us.

Technical information. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and pages visited. Site measurement runs on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, collects no personal information and does not fingerprint or track visitors across sites. It is the only third-party script on this site.

Where you came from. When you arrive from a tagged link, your browser stores that source locally on your own device for 90 days and attaches it to any form you submit or consult you book, so we know which channel a request came from. It is stored in your browser, not in a cookie set for advertising, it is never shared with an ad network, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

Payments. There is no checkout on this site. Reserving a course or an item sends us a message; if you go on to buy, we invoice you separately and never receive or store card numbers here.

2. How we use it

To respond to you and schedule consults, to tell you when a program opens if you asked to hear, to run programs and deliver what you purchase, to keep records required for tax and legal purposes, and to operate and secure the site.

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers who need it to run the practice, and only for that purpose: our website host and content delivery network (Cloudflare), email provider, scheduling tool (Calendly) and file storage. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

4. Confidentiality and AI

What you share in a consult or a session stays confidential. We use AI tools to support research, drafting and operations. When your information passes through those tools, it stays under the same confidentiality: we use accounts configured so it is not used to train public models, and every final decision and deliverable is reviewed by a person.

5. How long we keep it

Messages sent through the site are deleted after twelve months unless they become an engagement. Program list sign-ups are kept until you ask to be removed. Transaction records are kept for seven years for tax purposes.

6. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Email info@onlinefacilitationskills.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity before acting.

7. Security, children and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transmission. No method is completely secure. The site is not directed to children under 16. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
