For HR and people teams
You are the whole people function, and training is one of nine things you own. Every session you run is competing with your own inbox.
How does one HR person cover all the training?
By building three sessions well and running them repeatedly, instead of building a new session for every need. Onboarding, manager basics and required compliance cover most of what an organization of 10 to 150 people actually needs.
Everything else becomes a short written resource or a manager conversation with a script.
How do I get managers to run sessions instead of me?
Give them material with facilitator notes and a timing column, then sit in the back of the first one. Managers do not resist facilitating, they resist preparing.
Two managers trained properly free up a full day a month of HR time in most organizations this size.
What do I do about the required training nobody sits through?
Deliver it live if you can. California requires harassment prevention every two years for employers with five or more employees, under Government Code 12950.1, and nothing in that law says it has to be a recording people click through.
