What happens in each session
Every session runs ninety minutes live, capped at twelve people. The list below is the actual running order, published before you book rather than described on a consult.
Session 1
Silence and the person who will not stop
The two failures that look opposite and share a cause. Reading why a room has gone quiet, the four interventions in order of cost, and redirecting a dominant participant without making an enemy of them.

Session 2
Conflict, derailment and the senior person in the room
What to do when two participants disagree about something that is not the topic, when the executive derails their own training, and when somebody says something in the room that you cannot let stand.

- Respond to a comment that cannot be left alone
