What this costs.
Every price is on this page. No "contact us for a quote" on the seat prices, because the person who has to ask is usually the person who walks away.
Founding cohort rates hold through the first four cohorts of 2027.
How I priced this
Live facilitation work runs $1,500 to $3,500 a day in the 2026 corporate market, and recorded courses run $250 to $800 per learner (Ruzuku, How to Price Training Courses, 2026). Facilitation certifications sit higher, commonly $1,600 to $5,000 per seat for a three month program.
I sit below the certification programs on price and above the recorded course market, because this is live work with a cap of twelve and none of it ends in a certificate somebody has to explain in an interview. You are buying the room, not the badge.
Data current as of September 2026.

Private sessions for your team
| Engagement | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Half day, up to 25 people | One program, run for your own people, on your own examples | $2,500 |
| Full day, up to 25 people | Two programs or one program plus a working build session | $4,000 |
| Train the trainer, two days | Your internal people leave able to run the session without me | $7,500 |
| Harassment prevention, delivered live | California compliant, one hour for employees, up to 50 per session | $1,800 |
| Harassment prevention, supervisors | Two hours, California compliant, up to 35 per session | $2,400 |
| Training partner, monthly | One session a month plus material review and on-call facilitation help | $1,500 a month |
Sessions over 25 people add $40 per person. Travel outside the Bay Area is billed at cost and agreed in writing first.
Why is harassment prevention priced by the session and not per employee?
Because the per employee number is how a compliance vendor wins on price and loses the room. Online harassment courses run $5 to $20 per employee in 2026, and as low as $8.75 at volume (Coggno, Sexual Harassment Training Cost, 2026). Those are recordings. Nobody remembers them a week later.
A live session at $1,800 for 50 people works out to $36 a head, and it is a real conversation with a person who has handled the complaints that come after. California requires training every two years for employers with five or more employees, one hour for employees and two hours for supervisors, under Government Code 12950.1. You are paying for that requirement to be met by something people actually sit through.
Do you offer a reduced rate?
Yes. Nonprofits, schools and public agencies pay 25% less on seats and 15% less on private sessions. Tell me on the consult and it is applied, no form and no proof of hardship.
Every cohort also holds 2 free seats for urban professionals paying out of pocket, not billing an employer. First generation, underrepresented, or just the person in the room with no playbook. Email info@onlinefacilitationskills.com and tell me what you are trying to run. There is no application committee.
What happens if the cohort is not right for me?
Come to the first session. If it is not what you needed, tell me before the second one and I refund the whole seat. Not a credit, a refund.
I would rather return money than keep somebody in a room they cannot use. That rule holds for private sessions too: if the first half day does not land, you owe me the half day and nothing after it.
Can I pay through my employer?
Yes, and most people do. ATD's 2026 State of the Industry puts direct learning spend at $846 per employee for 2025, down from $1,254 the year before, while formal learning hours rose from 13.7 to 16.7. Employers bought more hours and paid far less for each one. These seats are the opposite trade, and that is the case your manager has to hear.
I send a real invoice with a W-9, net 30, and a one page description of the program your manager can forward without editing. If your company needs a purchase order or a vendor onboarding packet, say so on the consult and I will handle it rather than making you chase it.
Nobody was ever going to tell you how it works, so I did; now pass it on.
The free seats are that line applied to the price list. They are not marketing. They come out of the same twelve.
Not sure which one you need?
Twenty minutes, no pitch. Tell me what the room looks like and I will tell you which program fits, or tell you that none of them do.
